OUR 30-DAY RETURN POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS:

1) Returns must be received within 30 days after receipt of your product.

2) Product must be in resalable condition (i.e., unbroken disk seal, undamaged packaging, and reference material).

3) Obtain Return Merchandise Authorization # from Customer Service Department before returning product.

4) Product to be returned must be securely packaged in an external carton.

5) Return Merchandise Authorization # must be clearly marked on the outside of the box.

6) Include a copy of the invoice with the return.

7) Upon receipt, all products will be inspected and at our discretion, credit may be refused. However, if credit is issued

it will include the product purchase price and applicable sales tax, but will not include the shipping charges. Credit

will be issued in the method of payment.

8) Incomplete packages will not be accepted.

9) For all products returned under the “30 Day Return Policy”, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
